A 5-Day Island Wedding Adventure Across Mykonos, Paros & Antiparos

J&A, a charming Dutch couple, invited 50 of their closest friends and family to join them on an unforgettable 5-day wedding celebration spanning the Cycladic islands of Mykonos, Paros, and Antiparos. Their wedding journey was as unique as their love story, filled with authentic experiences, stunning venues, and an effortless blend of intimacy and elegance.

Day 1: Arrival & Mykonos Welcome Lunch

The celebrations kicked off in Mykonos, where the couple and their guests arrived together on a shared flight from Amsterdam, creating an air of camaraderie right from the start. After landing, the group enjoyed a delightful welcome lunch at Rizes Mykonos. Despite some unpredictable late-September weather, spirits were high, and the excitement was palpable.

In the afternoon, the group embarked on their island-hopping adventure. A ferry transported them to Paros, followed by a scenic bus ride and a short ferry to Antiparos, where the incredible team at The Rooster Antiparos warmly greeted them. Guests settled into their luxurious accommodations before enjoying cocktails and small bites at the bar, setting the perfect tone for the days ahead.

Day 2: Island Exploration & Sunset Celebrations

Day two began with a stunning beachfront lunch at Kyma Paros, offering fresh local cuisine and panoramic views. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the festivities transitioned to Sunset Antiparos for an intimate evening celebration. The incredible Floor Hansen band filled the air with soulful melodies, creating a magical ambiance.

Day 3: The Wedding Day

The big day began with eager anticipation as guests gathered at The Secret Garden and The Farmhouse at The Rooster Antiparos. Surrounded by lush natural beauty, J&A exchanged their vows in an intimate ceremony officiated by Tintelend Trouwen.

The celebration continued with a fantastic party featuring live music from the Floor Jaxx band, a vibrant DJ set, and stunning lighting design by Music Essentials. Guests danced under the stars, savoring every moment of this magical evening.

Day 4: Creative Workshops & Relaxation

The day after the wedding offered a relaxing yet engaging experience with a ceramic class that allowed guests to explore their creativity. This was followed by a late, leisurely lunch at Time Marine Antiparos. The evening ended with casual drinks and bites at The Rooster's bar, where guests shared stories and laughter, reflecting on the unforgettable memories created over the past days.

Day 5: Farewell Breakfast

The final morning began with a heartfelt farewell breakfast at The Rooster, where guests reminisced about the joyous celebrations before departing for their flights or continuing their Greek island explorations.
